Helpful answers
What does the placement fee include?
Role development, recruiting, agency interviews, reference coordination, candidate presentation, interview scheduling, offer support, and follow-up. Third-party background-check or driving-record costs are explained in your client agreement.
Who employs and pays the caregiver?
Your family hires and pays the caregiver directly. Families are responsible for wages, payroll, taxes, insurance, overtime, work authorization, and employment-law compliance. We recommend using a household-payroll professional.
When is the remaining placement fee due?
The balance is invoiced when your family accepts a candidate and is due before the caregiver’s first day.
Does submitting this inquiry begin a paid search?
No. The inquiry and introductory call are complimentary. A paid search begins only after the client agreement is signed and the $350 search fee is received.
